– Do you have a name for the band since you will not play together for the first time but so far it did not happen many times?
– It is true that this lineup is a new thing, as we have not played music together in this form so far. It all started with the idea that Márta Ladjanszki had last year that we would put the collaboration between the L1-members / -artists to a creative field, to spend some creative and experimenting time together, and if things go well, we would create a performance together. So four performers and three L1-musicians were at a two-week long residency in Magyarkanizsa, where Ancsa Kiss hosted us last summer. We started to think, experiment, work on a performance inspired by shoegaze, a musical trend around the late 80s. Zsolt Koroknai, Ádám Márton Horváth and myself picked up guitars and created the music for this show, which we titled Shoegaze as well. For me, this cooperation worked really well, I think something exciting was created between the three of us, so I was delighted when Márta came up with the idea of doing something with the Willany Leó dancers and asked us three for this.

– What musical direction do you feel close to you that may be decisive in your current collaboration (between you and the dancers of WillanyLeó )?
– We are right now working on what kind of musical expression will be heard in this production. So far, we haven't talked about what to play or what instruments to use, etc. I guess it will still be playing guitar – at least in my mind I'm preparing for this – but we will see when we put our heads together with Zsolt and Ádám.
– How do you prepare for what will develop then and there?
We plan to rehearse, after all, that's what we can do for it. Anyway, I think it'll be good!
